Blunt Shank: Getting the Font Right

Always asked by adidas customisers "What font should I use?" It's not as straight forward as you think as big brands often make their own. But, most are rooted in classics. The use the classic you normally have to pay,  but there are some free ones out there. I generally use free fonts and then edit them to my needs. This is a quick 'tea break' run-through on finding suitable fonts for adidas lettering, what to look for and where to get it. It shows you how to edit a licensed font and where to download similar free alternatives. I also show a quick edit in the cutter software. 

Don’t pay more than a couple of quid if you have to!
